Fall Fashion- Featured on Dacey’s Divas

I really enjoyed sharing my day with you on set, but now on to the super fun part, the clothes!! Pulling looks and curating a capsule is almost like a treasure hunt, you search endlessly for the right pieces to make the perfect bounty.

Here is a closer look at all the great pieces I showed on the show and how they all work together to create different looks that bring you from day to evening.

My favorite piece selected for the show and probably for fall is this teddy coat, I loved how the color was a nice warm brown not too dark but just right brown. Teddy coats are a statement piece, they really are a perfect staple for any wardrobe.

They are soft and cozy like a sweater perfect for fall and winter. If you are looking into buying into a trend this is one that I would say “go for it!” I think it will be around for a while, and there are so many affordable options available like this one from H&M.

Next up blanket the blanket scarf, this type of scarf is so versatile and perfect for the colder months, they keep you warm in style. You can wear it simple under your shoulders and through your arms like you would wear a shawl as I did here. It can get a little tricky sometimes to style these types of scarves because they can make your look seem bulky. The trick is to stay balanced, wear them with slim silhouette clothes. Skinny jeans, blazer, or a fitted sweater are all great options.

Pattern play is the name of the game!! Here are a few tips on how to pull it off.

• Mix prints with a different scale, size, and shapes.
• Choose a single color that can be found in all pieces. Treat stripes as a neutral.
• Fabric textures can be used as a pattern
• Patterns like leopard, stripes, and camo can be used as neutrals

This H&M check blazer, heels and faux fur stole brought a super cute casual look into a more sophisticated outfit. The jeans and leopard blouse remained the same for all these looks.

Just simply mixing accessories around you can get multiple looks out of the same clothes, you don’t have to spend a fortune on these fun little items.

This little round bag I purchased at Primark a couple of years ago for $2!! Lucky for me this shape crossbody bag can be seen everywhere. When you find a great deal and you like it just go for it! I find that the cutest accessories I own were bought on a whim and for super cheap.

Adding a vest over a blazer not only keeps you cozy it looks chic and pulled together.

Bring your cardigan style to the next level with a shaggy version of this wardrobe basic.

It will go with everything and turn a simple outfit into a stylish one. Wear it with jeans, black pants and even over a dress, for a more polished look, button it up, add a great statement belt and you are ready for a night out.

I couldn’t be more in love with this sweater if I tried! I left the best for last, and when you see where it’s from you won’t believe it. It can be styled with jeans, leggings or how cute would it look with an adorable plaid skirt?! Note to self…buy a plaid skirt!

I am sure going to miss the beautiful colors of fall, and taking pictures like this where you can almost hear the crunching of the leaves under your feet. The experience of being on the show was so much fun and exciting and it led me to find all the wonderful versatile pieces.
