Every now and again I love to swing by our local shops to take a peek of what’s new, last week I had such a fun time exploring and trying on all the new treasures at Indigo Of Groton. I just simply love this little boutique and what it stands for, and the owners Susan and Laura could not be more welcoming or kind. If you are local please check them out! I dare you to walk out of there without falling in love with something.
I am so excited to announce that if you are not local and want to shop their boutique you can soon be able to do it online !!! Yay!! I am so excited for them and for you to be able to purchase and browse their beautiful merchandise!!
Here are a few of my favorite pieces that you can currently shop in-store and soon on the web!
With Valentines Day right around the corner what better way to celebrate love than with some pretty knits and accessories. What I really enjoy about hearts and love designed clothing is that you can wear it whenever you want it is not limited to just this holiday. It’s just fun and playful and who doesn’t want to spread the message of love?
I also found some adorable little giftables and accessories for a loved one or why not for yourself!
And this bag! How amazing is this bucket style handbag? So unique and versatile, made out of the most beautiful leather.
The strap is extendable, making it easier to fit your needs, I know that sometimes I like to carry my bag over my shoulder and other times just carry it in my hand like a tote.
One of my forever wardrobe staples is a moto leather jacket, I look back and it has been there in one way or another, I fell in love with this particular cut and color, the perfect length to wear with jeans or even layered over a dress.
The best thing about this coat is that it comes in 2 colors, I can’t choose which one I love more. Pairing this cognac colored one with my favorite tee in the shop, not only does it have a great message #empower(her)
Another great handbag that can be worn in a few different ways.
So in love with the black turtleneck with the word Love written across the front in gray, and in cursive, it is beyond sweet. It fits like a glove so soft and cozy and just long enough to cover all the right spots, perfect for looking polished and put together while running around being busy with life.
This little leather tassel was such a super find, it can literally be styled in so many ways, it is intended to be a decorative tassel to embellish a handbag but I had so much fun styling it in my hair, on my wrist, wrapped around a loop of my pants and even around my neck!
I really enjoyed stopping by my favorite local shop not only to visit with these wonderful ladies that make Indigo so special but also to discover so many new treasures! And of course to put a wish list together for my hubby to shop for Valentines Day!! Hope this has inspired you to find your own treasures in your “backyard”.
If you are local hope you stop by and check them out and if you are not, and absolutely can not wait for the online store to open, feel free to email or call the shop directly!
